Nestle Chair: Product development.
Designed by Brad Ascalon Studio, the chair development program was carried out in close collaboration with Stylex’s in-house team, with oversight of the development process and coordination across internal and external teams. 3D CAD modeling and advanced prototyping techniques guided the refinement of the urethane-molded shell through months of iterative design exploration and feasibility testing, ensuring alignment between design intent, engineering requirements, and manufacturing constraints.
Nestle is GREENGUARD certified. It incorporates bio foam, and the shell is designed to limit rework and scrap during the manufacturing process, thus reducing waste.
